Note: In 1996 the Federation of Bosnia and Hercegovina was divided into 10 ethnic (Bosniak-Croat) cantons. On 6 Oct 2002, the International High Representative abolished the post of governor. Serbian/Bosnian transliteration based on the Roman equivalents as used for Croatian and Slovenian and as recommended by the United Nations (1977).
